We are the only producer of handmade paper in Slovakia. We started reviving this ancient craft in 1996 and we are constantly developing and maintaining our manufacture in the traditional spirit. We produce our paper with traditional techniques, equipment and materials.

There has not been any handmade paper manufacture for more than 100 years in Slovakia. This is the reason why you cannot find any original building or technical equipment in our country. In spite of it we have a rich history and documentation of paper production in Slovakia from the 16th century.

In summer 2004 we started to organize workshops for children and exhibitions for tourist groups. We would like to extend our manufacture and create a paper museum showing development of paper industry.
